When staff are central to your business, what better way to celebrate 20 years of success than to treat them to a 'Magical Mystery Tour to Ayres Rock - Uluru'.

That's exactly what Eyes Right Optical did over the last weekend in June and the team loved every minute of it.

In the weeks leading up to the trip, ERO staff members were given 'luggage list clues' and encouraged to guess the ultimate destination. Following the trip to one of Australia’s most well known natural monuments, attendees say it was a celebration to remember.

"We wanted to include both our sales and distribution centre teams in the 20th anniversary celebrations," said Gaye and David Wymond, directors of the company. 

Eyes Right Optical is highly regarded in the optical industry for its customer service, and management is quick to point out that there are many steps in an efficient supply chain process—each one equally as important as the other. The company's directors are “extremely proud of all our staff, and wanted to thank them in a very special way.” 

Nadine Roth, director of Face à Face, and Lars Toftdahl, international sales director of ProDesign, also joined in the celebration, which culminated in the 'Sounds of Silence Dinner,' an evening of dining under the sparkling outback sky.
